2023: Implementation of the EDC
On May 29, 2023, SberKorus announced the completion of the introduction of personnel electronic document management (KEDO) for employees of one of the Russian agricultural holdings Progress-Agro. 1000 employees are connected to the CEDO SberKorus service, who have already drawn up more than 500 electronic personnel documents.
The company has already transferred office employees to personnel EDO and plans to transfer all personnel to the end of 2023, including employees of agricultural production and seasonal workers in all settlements of the company's presence.
The first goal of the implementation of FEDO in the company was the unification and standardization of document management throughout the group of companies, which helped to reduce the time for paperwork and optimize document management processes.
After the implementation of the CEDO, the company significantly reduced the labor and time of employees for paperwork and familiarization, the purchase of paper and consumables, postage and courier delivery.
When choosing CED from SberKorus, the supplier's reliability, his experience in the market and real experience in implementing CED in large companies became a priority quality. An important factor was the simplicity and convenience of the interface, which is intuitive for workers. No less important factor was the simplicity and speed of processing electronic documents drawn up in the EDC, and, most importantly, legal legitimacy in the event of verification of regulatory and supervisory authorities.
The introduction of CEDO in Progress Agro began in June 2022. At the first stage, all the necessary local regulatory documents were issued, including obtaining the consent of employees to use the service, further - the implementation of the system and integration with the internal accounting systems of the company.
Our main task is to scale the CEDO to more than 4,000 of our employees who work outside the office, including working in fields, farms and retail outlets. This will help us at all stages of personnel document management to monitor compliance with all labor legislation and be 100% confident in compliance with all rights and obligations of both the employee and us as an employer. The habit of using personnel EDO in Russia is just beginning to take shape. Digitalization of personnel document management is carried out by technically developed companies, leaders of their industries and industries. These companies value time and know that speeding up business processes and reducing labor costs become not only a way to save money, but also win in intense competition. However, I am sure that in the next 1.5-2 years KEDO will come to every third company in Russia, since the benefits of its implementation are obvious.
