Governor of the Tomsk Region Vladimir Mazur and CEO of Cognitive Pilot Olga Uskova signed a cooperation agreement on June 14, 2023.
The agreement provides for the implementation of a set of measures for the production and implementation of promising domestic technologies based on artificial intelligence (AI) in the fields of agriculture and industry in the region.
Cognitive Pilot is implementing an investment project in Tomsk to create production for the production of autopilot systems with agricultural machinery and rail transport in a special economic zone using an industrial mortgage.
The Tomsk region and Cognitive are connected by the years of partnership, now it will develop with renewed vigor, - said the Governor of the Tomsk Region Vladimir Mazur. - Cognitive has experience in creating artificial intelligence systems for autonomous ground transport, so one of the key areas of our joint work will be the creation of an artificial intelligence technological cluster based on the production of autopilots in a special economic zone. The created artificial intelligence systems for unmanned vehicles will be used in the agro-industrial complex and at industrial enterprises in the region. |
{{quote 'We plan to create a production site in Tomsk for the production of software and hardware systems based on AI for autopilot of agricultural machinery and rail transport with production volumes of up to 50 thousand products by 2026. Such indicators are necessary to meet the needs of both the domestic market and active work in the markets of foreign countries. This is both China, and countries Latin America,.
