Biography

Born February 26, 1964 in a family of programmers. Father - head of the laboratory of artificial intelligence at Moscow State University (took part in the Kaissa project), mother - chief project engineer Gipromost. Both of them are graduates of Moscow State University.

According to Olga Uskova, having missed the entrance exams at Moscow State University, by the will of her father, she entered the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, which she graduated in 1986. In the same year, she entered graduate school and began work on her Ph.D. thesis on fiber optic networks.
