2025: Excelente VX 800, 1000 and 1200 kVA models

Systeme Electric has supplemented the Excelente VX line of three-phase uninterruptible power supplies with 800, 1000 and 1200 kVA models to protect critical loads. The company announced this on December 1, 2025.

The products have a range of available capacities from 600 to 1200 kVA and are designed for wide application in industries that have strict requirements for uninterrupted power supply of equipment due to financial and infrastructure risks.

Excelente VX UPSs provide double conversion efficiency of up to 97%. The devices support the hot replacement of the main components - power modules, control modules and bypass modules. The output power factor (PF) is one over the entire operating temperature range (0 to 40ºC).

The distinctive features of this line are support for installation close to the wall thanks to the upper blow accessory, as well as the ability to work in overload mode up to 105% without reducing performance. This allows you to accurately calculate the required level of protection for your existing infrastructure, optimizing costs.

Additional flexibility is provided by the ability to operate a parallel system with a common battery array, which reduces capital costs (CAPEX). Users can select models with both lead and lithium batteries depending on the conditions required. The SPOT load test mode allows you to check the UPS performance without having to connect the load.

The Systeme Electric nomenclature includes a large set of accessories to complement UPS. Their list includes cabinets for batteries and open racks of various widths, solutions with automatic protection of batteries and external mechanical bypasses, as well as lead-acid and lithium batteries. All this allows you to quite create complete solutions based on Excelente VX, which will ensure reliable uninterrupted power supply to the customer's load.

2024: Excelente VS sales launch

Systeme Electric on November 15, 2024 announced the launch of sales of localized modular uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) Excelente VS.

The Excelente UPS line is a critical load protection solution. Excelente VS is manufactured at the System Electric site in the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone.

The UPS is built on the principle of a modular architecture, which allows hot replacement of power modules, as well as control and bypass modules without stopping operation (average maintenance time is 5-10 minutes). A single output power factor (PF=1) allows you to calculate the required level of protection for the current infrastructure without unnecessary costs.

UPS is ready to operate at high temperatures. And all devices of the Excelente series support the redundancy of not only power modules, but also control modules, therefore, in case of failure of one control board, the UPS will continue its normal operation.

A wide range of input parameters (from 135 to 485 V) and high overload capacity allow you to adapt the product for complex projects in medium and large data centers, as well as critical commercial and industrial infrastructure.

Excelente VS power with integrated modular batteries can range from 30 to 60 kVA/kW and with external batteries from 30 to 150 kVA/kW.

Four series of devices are available in the Excelente modular architecture UPS family:

• Excelente VS - compact UPS in the power range of 30-150 kVA, with power modules of 30 kVA and with the possibility of installing internal modular batteries (configuration with power of 30-60 kVA)
• Excelente VM - medium UPS in the power range of 50-300 kVA and with 50 kVA power modules and single IT rack (600 mm) forms
• Excelente VL - medium UPS in the power range 350-600 kVA and with 50 kVA power modules and shape factor in two IT racks (1200 mm)
• Excelente VX - powerful UPS in the range of 100-1200 kVA and with 100 kVA power modules and shapes factor in one telecommunication rack (800 mm)

2023: Start of sales

On July 5, 2023, Systeme Electric (formerly Schneider Electric in Russia) announced the start of sales of modular UPS of the Excelente series. These UPSs protect critical loads and replace the Symmetra series of UPSs from the APC. UPSs are built on the principle of a modular architecture, which allows hot replacement of power modules, control modules and bypass.

Excelente series UPS has a single output power factor (PF=1) over the entire operating temperature range, which makes it possible to calculate the required level of protection for the current infrastructure without unnecessary expenses. Due to the wide range of input parameters and high overload capacity, the solution is excellent for use in various fields. The UPS can be connected in parallel to increase the output power to 3.6 MW (up to 6 UPSs), thereby covering the uninterruptible power supply needs of most loads.

The Excelente series provides high performance even in adverse conditions, with a high level of efficiency that significantly saves on operating costs throughout the UPS lifecycle. Another distinctive feature is the ability to scale the solution, which allows you to pay for additional power as the load grows. This approach will reduce capital investment and the cost of ownership of equipment. The advantages of the series also include compact power modules with a height of 3U (50 kW for VM/VL and 100 kW for VX), duplicated control boards and an enhanced charger that provides a fast charge of both lead and lithium batteries.

The series includes three products: ExcelenteVM (50-300 kVA); ExcelenteVL (350-600 kVA) and ExcelenteVX (100-600 kVA).
