Success of activity of Tesli Group in the market required also growth of the company that, in turn, demanded creation of a corporate system of management which could cover all levels of management and would include means of strategic planning, organizational management, accounting of results and automation business of processes and document flow of the company.
Within the joint project about INTALEV four functional areas were implemented: "Strategy", Organizational engineering, Electronic document management, "Management accounting and reporting". Works were conducted 3 months (from March to May, 2010).
When implementing the Strategy block short training of the theory of development of strategy, business games in development of strategy and also formalization of own organizational strategy of Tesli Group was provided. As a result of very dynamically carried out work project participants saw before themselves interrelations between the markets, target for the company, the clients conducting the activity in these markets and their consumer values, satisfying which the companies it is just fated to achieve the financial goals. As the result was received in the course of the general work, each participant saw in it a part of the efforts and felt community of interests of all team of managers of group.
Receiving strategic objectives of activity and the designated ways of their achievement was the main result of sale of the Strategy block. Results of work found the expression in Regulations on strategic vectors of the Company and Regulations on an organization structure.
During the project on implementation of functional area Organizational engineering the organization structure of Tesli Group, optimal under requirements of strategic development, with determination of functionality of each division and the indication of communications of administrative and functional subordination was formalized.
When implementing the "Management Accounting and Reporting" block the uniform transparent methodology of accounting and the reporting for all group considering features of accounting of each type of business and their relationship was developed. Consolidation of managerial data in the unified information system was as a result provided, and the owner and management of the company gained an objective impression about efficiency, both all group, and each separate business, including detailed information on brands and specific nomenclature groups that is very important at acceptance of difficult management decisions.
"Electronic document management of agreements" reduction of transaction costs at process approval of agreements in the company since this process took long time was the main objective of Functional area and, sometimes, agreements were just lost at approval. During the project the methodology of maintaining contract activities was developed, the automated business process of approval of agreements is implemented and also the electronic archive for storage of contractual documentation is configured. All this allowed to reduce terms of approval of the project agreement from 2 months to 10 days, i.e. waiting time of specific proposal by the client decreased by 9 times that reduced the probability of leaving of the client to competitors.
Uniform understanding by management of the purposes of activity of the company and possible ways of their achievement became the main effects of the project; target use of money according to the planned data. There was a possibility of comparison of planned and actual information on uniform standards on group. Time of employees when forming the monthly reporting was released.
