2023: RightWay Loyalty Platform Rollout
Norbitol (part of the group) LANIT and the company "" Bahetle launched a project in the field e-commerce of and digital interaction with customers. For one of the trade networks Tatarstan , a full-fledged ecosystem was formed, uniting useful services for buyers. This was LANIT announced on September 12, 2023.
The main element of its management was the RightWay platform - NORBIT's own solution for automating marketing and loyalty programs. The project was implemented in several stages. As part of the first, an offline loyalty program was built. The main task was in-depth study of the key audience and its structuring. RightWay's technology tools analyzed preferences, shopping times and the composition of the consumer basket for certain groups of customers. In the future, based on the received analytics, intellectual segmentation by additional characteristics was launched, new shares were set up, and a strategy aimed at attracting new buyers was finalized.
During the second phase, an e-com direction with its own delivery service was formed for Bakhetle. Thanks to CDP functionality, the RightWay platform aggregates all information about customers of the retail network, collected both offline and online, and creates a 360 ° profile for each buyer. The data is used to test hypotheses through chatbots and instant messengers, as well as to flexibly set up marketing promotions, increase the efficiency of communications and develop individual offers and reminders.
The digitalization of key sales processes and customer service based on the RightWay platform made it possible to increase online sales by one and a half times compared to 2022. Customer loyalty and engagement increased significantly - the customer satisfaction index reached 61.1% and increased by 9% compared to 2022. Future plans include working on a recommendation service, developing new channels to attract an audience, as well as launching a mobile application and updating the site.
