VKontakte and the SberAvto service have launched the Evaluate Auto mini-application, which allows Russian residents to get an online assessment of the market value of the car. The service will evaluate the car, and users from Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region can leave an application for the sale of cars on the social network. This was reported on September 15, 2023 in the press service of VKontakte.

Earlier, a remote estimate of the cost of a car in the SberAvto service was available only in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Thanks to the launch of the "Evaluate Auto" mini-application on VKontakte, every resident of Russia can find out at what price to sell a car - for this you do not need to download a separate application or go to another site.

For online assessment of the cost of a car, the user needs to indicate his region, car mileage, as well as his license plate or VIN in the mini-application. The preliminary cost of a car is formed on the basis of analytics of proposals on car sites for similar models in the region. After that, residents of Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region can apply for an on-site inspection and sale of the car in any convenient place: at home, in the country or in the parking lot near the office. Car owners from other regions, for example, the Pskov or Vladimir regions, have the opportunity to come to the full-time assessment of the car in Moscow or St. Petersburg and sell it there. SberAvto accepts cars for redemption in serviceable technical condition, with a left steering wheel and a mileage of no more than 350 thousand kilometers.
