Transfer of hardware production to Inferit plant

The developer of digital business solutions Softline Digital (Softline Group of Companies) has transferred the production of the hardware part of the Proteqta software and hardware complex to the "" plant (Softline Group Inferitis of Companies). Now the Atom 4.0 personnel positioning modules, which are attached to smart helmets are integrated and with, ON Proteqta will be produced in Fryazino. Softline announced this on October 25, 2024.

Softline Digital Proteqta is an industrial safety system that includes both hardware and software components. Proteqta software offers work and rest control, monitoring the exact location of employees inside and outside the premises (including in hazardous areas) and analytics using data received from the Atom 4.0 personnel positioning module.

Atom 4.0 is GPSGLONASS a/-tracker in an industrial case with additional functions for determining user movement patterns. The creation of such a module consists of several stages: the manufacture of PCV boards at Russian factories; Automatic installation of components on the board assembling boards into a single device; testing and packaging of the finished product.

The process is quite painstaking, given that with each update the device becomes more technologically advanced and more complicated. Previously, the Proteqta team spent a lot of time not only finding reliable performing partners, but also explaining from scratch the technical intricacies of releasing modules. Deploying production in one place, within Softline Group of companies, solves this problem. Now all stages of Atom 4.0 creation, except for the manufacture of RSV-boards, will be carried out on the basis of the Inferit production.

The capacity of the Inferit plant is 300,000 units of computer and server equipment per year. The current surface mount line allows 60,000 electronic modules to be produced annually, such as motherboards, solid state drives (SSDs) and RAM modules. The manufacturer's line includes computers, servers, DSS, all-in-ones, laptops and peripherals.

The Inferit plant will become a platform that produces Proteqta personnel positioning modules and provides them with warranty and post-warranty services. As part of the creation of the test batch, the Proteqta team has already trained employees of the enterprise and is now engaged in honing the technical process. The plans are to release an experimental batch, and then start mass production of devices.

The partnership with Inferit is a strategically important step for us. We have long thought of placing our production within the Softline group of companies. And we are glad that we succeeded. This is a guarantee of stability and mutually beneficial partnership, an opportunity for growth for both Softline Digital and Inferit. We have big plans for the Atom 4.0 module and the creation of new electronic devices. We will continue to develop the market for domestic electronics, - said Semyon Odinets, owner of the Proteqta Softline Digital product.

In 2024, we launched a surface installation line at the Inferit plant in Fryazino, which allows us to produce up to 60,000 electronic modules per year. Initially - to meet our own needs as a vendor, whose priorities are the production of products included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. But in the strategy, we also meant using the line for custom production. We are glad that we managed to implement these plans: now at the Inferit plant we will produce positioning modules for Softline Digital Proteqta smart helmets. In addition, the search for mutual interests and synergy between the group's companies in the DNA of Softline Group of Companies - so I feel a separate gratitude to my colleagues that this was also realized, - said Yulia Kurysheva, executive director of Inferit.

Release of 100 Atom 4.0 Personnel Positioning Modules

Softline Digital has released more than 100 Atom 4.0 personnel positioning modules under the Proteqta brand. The company's active participation in the development of the IT services market helps to provide an increasing number of Russian organizations with digital solutions of domestic production. Softline announced this on August 5, 2024.

Attached to a safety helmet or workwear, the Atom 4.0 module is an advanced hardware component of Proteqta's comprehensive industrial safety solution. It provides accurate tracking of the employee's location and communication with the dispatcher using the SOS button, monitors compliance with labor safety standards, and notifies of strikes.

Engineers revised the circuitry of the device, updated the architecture. The Atom 4.0 has clear signal indication, dust and moisture protection case and combined charging (wired/wireless). The term of continuous work increased to 24 hours. The functionality has also expanded. Now the module monitors the time a person is in hazardous areas, the height at which he works, and records the air temperature. For example, if an employee spends a long time in the cold, the dispatcher receives a notification.

This is the first batch of devices created specifically for the replication of digital security service in different industries. Previously, modules were manufactured for a specific customer, which is why the delivery and implementation times reached five months.

Serial production solves this problem. Now the client or system integrators can purchase several devices for testing at any time. Atom 4.0 meets general safety standards regardless of the customer's industry. The solution has proven itself in, mining industry, and metallurgy to power industry other industries.

2023: Atom 4.0 Smart Helmets Introduction

Proteqta, a developer of modern industrial safety solutions, announced the launch of Atom 4.0 smart helmets on October 10, 2023.

The device consists of a protective helmet from the manufacturer partner ROSOMZ and an intelligent module developed by Proteqta. The helmet is equipped with a high-speed one, processor has an alarm button and sensors for detecting temperature and humidity. There is both Bluetooth a module for indoor operation and a GPSGLONASS module/for outdoor operation. Charging is carried out using wireless technologies.

The principle of operation of Atom 4.0 smart helmets is based on three elements: this is the helmet itself with an intelligent module, a base station (with a transmission protocol data LoRaWAN) and an analytical one that server allows you to collect and process information information about device media employees.

The battery life of the helmet is up to five working days with a range of up to 20 km. The possibility of height control is provided. Thanks to this, the employer can control the presence of employees in hazardous areas, during high-rise work and during travel rounds, as well as identify violations of the labor regime.

Smart helmets allow you to quickly inform operators about falls, strikes, immobility of employees using any convenient communication methods (SMS, email, instant messengers). Also, the devices are equipped with a call button and a voice module to notify the employee (for example, that he entered the danger zone).

The software element of the solution - an analytical platform - allows you to control the wearing of both helmets themselves and other PPE (gloves, vests, gas masks, etc.) in real time. All employee movements are displayed in the map and also saved in the history. Based on this data, the employer can see analytics and statistics on all employees who carry helmets.
