Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk switched to Directum RX system 650 employees of the enterprise work in the system with contracts and official correspondence, primary accounting and organizational and administrative documents, instructions and notes. The migration project was implemented by MayTek, a partner at Directum, which was announced by the latter on February 15, 2024.

The team of specialists "MayTek" created in Directum RX 3 separate types and 6 types of contractual documents with their cards and a set of fields, and also optimized work with incoming and outgoing documents, orders and orders, primary accounting documents, memos, meetings, various applications, etc.

The system updated the company's regulations and created more than 150 options for stages (with a large set of settings, characteristics, conditions) to form flexible rules for working with documents. They also added the possibility of automatic registration of documents and their signing by UKEP.

As a result of the project, the functionality required by the customer was transferred and optimized to the system, the most important historical data was migrated - more than 228 thousand documents with the preservation of connections and access rights.

As of February 2024, Directum RX employs about 650 users: they draw up from 5 to 7 thousand documents and more than 7 thousand orders in the system every month.

The management of Gazprom Dobycha Shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk will continue to develop the company's business processes based on the domestic Directum RX system. It is planned to implement:

• a set of solutions for digitalization of inter-corporate document management, including the Financial Archive;
• confidential workflow.
