About Customer

The Trion company was created on the basis of the largest scientific and technical research centers in Siberia with the aim of comprehensively solving the problems of developing, producing and introducing light engineering, electrical and structural solutions for the manufacture of energy-efficient light diode lighting. Trion specialists have many years of research and production experience in the field of introducing LED technologies into various segments of the lighting market. All solutions have passed multiple reliability tests and are produced in large batches, which makes it possible to optimize their cost as much as possible, increasing the competitiveness of partner products in the Russian and international markets.

For each type of product, the engineering and technical staff has developed test cycles included in the mandatory output control program carried out for each batch leaving production. The test cycles begin with the incoming inspection of the package used in the product and end with a series of reliability tests carried out for the finished product and allowing to identify 100% of potential failures at the run stage. Stable product quality is the key to the continuous development of the company.

Maintenance

Description

The main goal of the project was to create a comprehensive system for maintaining operational and accounting records in production, which would improve the efficiency of the company's management by providing management with complete, prompt and reliable information for making management decisions. The management of the Company decided to automate on the basis of "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2. " As a result of the implementation, the tasks of operational production management, supply, sales, product cost calculation, regulated accounting were solved.

The implementation of the system provided the opportunity to have the necessary analytical information on production, to count economic indicators on production, to analyze the cost, to build a pricing policy. The plans for the development of the information system include the introduction of a CRM system.
