The production of Packaging Systems opened in 1992 in the Krasnodar Territory, then a factory was launched in the Korolev Moscow Region. At the moment, for more than 15 years in Lobna, Moscow Region, the largest factory in Russia for the production of cardboard packaging for drinks and dairy products has been operating.

Description

To automate activities at a high technological level and in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, the management of Packaging Systems JSC decided to implement an integrated 1C: Enterprise 8 system. ERP Enterprise Management 2. "

An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the fact that the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "- a system with great functionality for development, is included in the register of Russian software and the fact that the Russian manufacturer supports the program.

1C-Rarus The company "" was chosen as the contractor of the project as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems, having a certificate in the quality management system IS0 9001:2015.

During the project, 1C-Rarus experts performed the following works:

  • Delivery and installation; software
  • Collection and analysis of the customer's requirements for the automated system was carried out;
  • Planning of work stages, a work schedule has been drawn up;
  • Methodical support and technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system: at the stage of developing a minimum viable product (1C:ERP MVP), it was decided to transfer all necessary masterful and initial balances from the previous accounting system. If necessary, the corresponding metadata was added to the typical solution;
  • Interfaces and sets of user rights have been created;
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise and with third-party automation systems was carried out;
  • You have made initial program settings to start accounting;
  • Assistance in entering initial residues was provided;
  • Data was transferred from previous automation systems;
  • Individual and group training of personnel to work with the program was carried out;
  • Installed and configured the DBMS server, installed and configured the system and network software, installed and configured the servers.

The implementation of the software product ensured the automation of the activities of such departments as: accounting, treasury, procurement, sales, warehouse, production planning.

Automated maintenance of functional areas:

250 jobs were automated.

The implementation of the software product was carried out in a short time: 1C:ERP MVP was introduced in 4 months, then intensive support and stabilization of the system was carried out for 2 months, after which the system was transferred to maintenance.

Use of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "to automate the enterprise's activities made it possible to ensure the stable operation of the company: the maintenance of operational, accounting and management accounting was ensured. The management of the company has the opportunity to promptly assess the effectiveness of work and receive information for making management decisions.
