About Customer and Project

The company LLC "Stomtorg" has completed the project of introducing the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The result is data storage, efficient customer planning, and real-time availability of business performance.

Stomtorg LLC is a private dental company operating since 1990, today the company is the largest distributor of high-quality equipment, consumables, tools for dental clinics and dental laboratories in the Russian Federation.

The need for goods supplied by Stomtorg LLC is growing. To increase market share, you need to improve sales and marketing tools, strengthen management control. To solve these problems, it was decided to implement an automated CRM system.

Automation prerequisites are associated with difficulties in processing a large number of orders, the admissibility of data loss, the complexity of pricing management and the lack of efficiency in providing management reporting.

It was decided to build an information system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8 software solution. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM), "and as integrators to attract 1C-Rarus experts.

The implementation was carried out without interruption from the current operational tasks. The start of work in the CRM system took place in August 2022.

Automation results:

  • Standardized storage and processing of information for Customers. Reduced risk of data loss;
  • 100% processing of incoming orders is ensured, since they are recorded in the program and distributed among managers based on the current load;
  • CRM samples the target audience for marketing activities. Increase the efficiency of such measures;
  • A tool for planning interactions with buyers has appeared for managers, with the help of which they can evenly distribute work and not violate the deadlines for submitting commercial offers, contracts, etc.;
  • The management of Stomtorg LLC has received an effective business management tool that helps to quickly and accurately make management decisions.
