The Company "Nanodent" introduced the software product "1C: Enterprise." 8 Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " This made it possible to build long-term relationships with partners, make timely management decisions on business development.

Nanodent presents products for professional oral health care developed by dentists - experts. Nanodent Company LLC is the official distributor of APADENT, APAGARD, TePe, SWISSDENT, BlueM, WhiteWash, Pierre Fabre Oral Care in the Russian Federation. Since 2011, the company has more than three hundred partners throughout Russia and provides favorable conditions for cooperation and development of the partner business.

To build effective relationships with buyers and suppliers, the management of Nanodent Company LLC decided to implement a CRM system.

Earlier, the company already had a positive experience of cooperation with 1C-Rarus, accounting in the company is carried out using the 1C: Accounting 8 program.

1C-Rarus specialists advised to use the software product "1C: Enterprise.8 as the basis for building an operational accounting system. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). " The 1C-Rarus manager demonstrated the reflection of the company's business processes in a typical configuration. The configuration meets the needs of automation, namely, it is suitable for maintaining a customer base, processing sales, and organizing warehousing.

The software was installed, the initial accounting parameters were configured, consulting services for starting work in the system were provided.
