2023: Development of the "Register of Participants" product
Diasoft has developed a software product "Register of Participants" to maintain an information base about all participants in the organization's business processes (clients, counterparties, their representatives, beneficiaries and beneficiaries, payers and others). The company announced this on December 19, 2023.
The main tasks of the "Register of Participants":
- Create and edit participant information cards
- Storage of data change history
- Manage the status of participants with the ability to create drafts
- Control access to data by configuring access rules.
The product provides centralized storage and management of data on business process participants. It provides the necessary information to all consumer systems through ready-made integration tools (REST API, Digital Q.Kafka). The product also includes a widget that can be embedded in the UI of application products for online search, addition, editing of participant data.
The product implements predefined standard types of participants: legal entities and individuals, individual entrepreneurs. With built-in low-code tools, product users can create new types of members, depending on the nature of the organization's business processes. For each new type, you can specify mandatory and additional information blocks (for example, passport data, contact information, details, etc.). This allows you to add new types of participants without modifying the system, segment and structure data for their effective use.
When filling out the forms in the "Register of Participants," format-logical control is carried out: the correctness of the data is checked automatically. The product also implements the ability to obtain data from open sources (Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, etc.).
The functionality of the product allows you to establish typed connections between participants (working, related and others) and visualize them in the form of visual schemes. The product is implemented in a microservice architecture and can be easily integrated into any IT landscape.
The "Register of Participants" is part of the cross-product platform Digital Q.ClientCatalog, included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for EMA and DB (registry entry No. 17266 of 11.04.2023).
