2024: Introduction of HR platform from Nota

Vendor Nota (Holding T1) has implemented a full-cycle system in the power engineering company Power Machines to automate recruitment. The solution made it possible to create an end-to-end process for working with candidates and speed up the time for routine operations by 30%. The Holding T1 announced this on February 8, 2024.

Power Machines is one of the power engineering players in Russia with personnel assets of more than 15 thousand people. Previously, HR managers of the company used mainly Excel, but the program did not correspond to the maturity of business processes and the scale of operating activities. NOTA has developed and implemented an IT solution that simplifies recruiters by working in a single window. Now enterprises, regional representative offices and subsidiaries of Power Machines are switching to a NOTA HR platform, which will allow them to recruit personnel in a single database of candidates. All HR managers can track the stages of recruitment in real time, from the creation of an application to the employment of an employee. This provides an understanding of the needs of the company and the most complete internal HR statistics.

Regional representative offices or divisions of Power Machines will be able to use individual templates and the procedure for presenting an offer to a candidate. This platform supports the process, significantly saving resources for creating and configuring individual templates: the recruiter selects the desired option, and the missing data is automatically filled out from the vacancy card. The platform is also integrated with the company's internal HR systems: with an SMS mailing service, a candidate testing platform and a career site.

The HR platform has become a single window for Power Machines to find and employ candidates, helped optimize routine work for more than 500 employees and regulate the hiring process. We managed to digitize funnels for representative offices, while maintaining flexible configuration of services. For February 2024, the decision is replicated to the entire network of enterprises - we are sure that in 3-6 months all recruiters and HR leaders of the organization will be able to see the first results of automation, - commented Kirill Bulgakov, Deputy General Director of T1 Holding, Managing Director of the NOTA vendor.

We employ more than 250 people each month. At such serious growth rates, the issue of automating the hiring process is one of the priorities. The decision from NOTA allowed us to improve and simplify recruitment, as well as reduce the time to receive feedback on each candidate from the company's internal services, - said Natalya Tikhomirova, head of the recruitment and adaptation of personnel at Power Machines JSC.
