Off-price stores Familia abandoned paper in personnel workflow (KDP) and switched to working with the service. Familia is a multi-brand chain of off-price format stores specializing in trading goods with discounts of up to 85%. The company works with brands of different price categories and offers a large range of clothing, shoes, accessories and household goods.

As of March 2024, the company has more than 7 thousand employees, most of which are employees of 455 department stores in 122 cities of Russia. At the same time, the central personnel office is located in Moscow. The transition to electronic document management in HR was supposed to simplify interaction with those employees who work in different parts of the country.

For the first time, Familia thought about the transition to personnel EDO at the start of a pilot project Ministry of Labour and Social Protection RUSSIAN FEDERATION to introduce paperless KDP. The search for a contractor began in 2022, after successful cases appeared on the market and legal practice took shape. The process involved not only employees of the personnel department, but also IT specialists, as well as the legal department.

The main requirement for the contractor on the part of HR specialists was ease of use: people of different age groups and with different levels of technical skills work in stores. Therefore, an understandable interface, the ability to register by phone number and setting up notifications via SMS messages were the key criteria. All these features are on the HRlink platform.

The process of connecting personnel EDO to the service took three months. During this time, together with HRlink experts, all questions and objections arising from employees were worked out. At individual meetings, people were explained the advantages of giving up paper in HR. As a result, 99% of the state begins to draw up documents through the platform.

Since the start of HRlink, we have not increased the number of personnel, despite the growth of the retail network. Although we used to hire up to two employees a year to cope with the constant increase in KDP volumes. In addition, we have reduced the company's postage.
