According to BPMSoft, the BPMSoft Finance system is integrated with the automated banking system Absolut Bank and external services, which made it possible to create a single digital environment for managing client operations. The project was implemented by the system integrator Nobilis.Team. The amount of expenses for this project is not specified.

It is noted that the main goal of the project was to combine all data about customers, their payments and applications in a single CRM interface, which excluded the use of disparate IT solutions and Excel tables. As a result of the implementation of the BPMSoft Finance solution, the process of issuing applications for banking products, including loans, deposits and guarantees, as well as the approval of individual conditions, was automated.

The introduction of the Client 360 tool developed by Nobilis.Team experts is also reported. The entire history of customer interactions is captured in the system, creating a customer gold card and improving the personalization of service.

In addition, important integrations have been implemented in the new CRM system implemented at Absolut Bank. In addition to connecting to the CFT ABS, the system is integrated with the Kontur.Focus counterparty verification service, which automatically extracts data from open sources. CRM also receives information about payment links from the bank's Unified Data Warehouse (ECU). The introduction of BPMSoft made it possible to create a centralized system for managing client requests and improve the process of attracting new customers.

2024: Implementation and development of BPMSoft

In 2021, Nobilis.Team successfully introduced the BPMSoft product from Lanit Omni.

The implementation of a single client manager window was successfully put into operation.

From 2022 to March 2024, in cooperation with Nobilis.Team, many improvements to the system were implemented, development applications, applications for bank guarantees and loans to large groups of companies were implemented.

Nobilis.Team also participates in active system support.

As of March 2024, improvements to the system are being implemented in order to expand its functionality. Work is planned on the development of the system for 2024.
