1C-Rarus"" translated Essity"" on. 1C:ERP This was announced 1C-Rarus by "" on April 19, 2024.
For 9 months, the main business processes of the enterprise have been integrated into a single ecosystem on the 1C: Enterprise platform. More than 1,500 modifications have been made to customize the system. As of April 2024, the final stage of pilot operation is underway, 1C Rarus has launched a dedicated line of consultations for users of Essiti LLC.
Essiti LLC is a manufacturer of hygiene and health products.
Two factories work in the Tula region and one in the Leningrad region. Factories ship throughout Russia. Essity employs 1,450 employees.
In July 2022, colleagues from a global company announced the date for disabling the foreign enterprise resource management system. It was necessary to completely switch to the new system until May 2023. A large-scale project was initiated to switch from foreign programs to a single ecosystem of solutions on the 1C: Enterprise platform.
The project was entrusted to the IT partner "1C Rarus" with the relevant portfolio of cases for the implementation of ERP systems in large industries. Analysis of the complex IT architecture of foreign systems, approval of the new landscape and modeling of business processes in the 1C ecosystem lasted 4 months. The complete transition from the foreign system to the "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" took place on May 2, 2023.
The complex IT architecture of the ERP system, which was created over 16 years, was rebuilt in 9 months. Production did not stop for a single day after the ban on the use of the foreign system and the transfer of ownership to Russian jurisdiction. The company continued to work steadily and produce products demanded by the market.
More than 1,500 modifications have been made to customize the system to the peculiarities of the business processes of Essiti. In the 1C ecosystem, process chain management is organized: from the formation of needs, production and procurement - to the placement of finished products in warehouses and subsequent shipment to retail outlets.
Seamless integration with 1C: Document Flow has been set up: the procedures for coordinating consumption and purchase requests have been automated.
The system also interacts with subsystems:
- Logistics management - exchange of delivery data;
- Market warehouses - retrieving data on shipments from remote warehouses
- "1C: Salary and Human Resources" - exchange of payroll accrual data.
Since the beginning of parallel accounting in two systems, 1C-Rarus has launched a dedicated consultation line for users of Essiti LLC. As of April 2024, the final stage of pilot operation is underway, the transfer of the system for support was carried out on January 1, 2024.
