PKF LLC Atlantis-Pak"" automated the processes of introducing CRM low-code products using a platform from BPMSoft the company "," Lanit Omni which announced this on May 29, 2024. The migration to the current version of the 1.3 system was carried out in three months by experts from the NORBIT integrator company.

The main goal of the project was to increase the manageability of the complex process of introducing new products: from the production of food packaging samples and passing tests to receiving a commercial order and shipping a finished batch. Thanks to the migration to the CRM solution from BPMSoft, integrated with the existing ERP system, each of these stages has become as transparent as possible.

As of May 2024, BPMSoft actively employs 100 employees from the Atlantis-Pak central office in the Rostov Region, as well as four branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. Management has the ability to monitor the status of tasks and the activity of all employees in a single window, correlate it with the goals set, as well as get acquainted with acts and reports. This makes it easier to make management decisions, allows you to evaluate each case, and then analyze and implement successful practices for subsequent developments.
