2024: Connection of 2,750 employees to the EDC

More than 2,750 employees of the company joined the personnel electronic document management system (KEDO) in Europlan. Thus, more than 95% of employees interact with the company in a digital environment. Personnel electronic document management has been implemented since 2023 using the Directum system . Directum announced this on July 9, 2024.

The digital solution made it possible to translate the personnel processes of familiarizing employees with orders, additional agreements and local regulations into figures, as well as reduce the time for signing documents by ten times. Now, instead of 10 minutes, company employees sign documents in less than 10 seconds, including transferring the original signed document and archiving it.

Thanks to HR digitalization, Europlan managed to optimize resources - the savings in labor costs of the company's personnel specialists are already about 50 man-hours a month. Comparable savings have been achieved in other functions that affect personnel workflow. In addition, in 2023, Europlan saved 5.5 thousand sheets of paper.
