2024: Automation of recruitment processes
Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region automated recruitment processes using the the Russian system. NOTE UNION This was Note (Holding T1) announced on July 19, 2024. The solution made it possible to increase the speed and efficiency of selection by 2.5 times, reducing the time spent by HR the department on processing information and compiling systematic reports. The prerequisite for replacing the solution was the inability of the past system to flexibly adapt to the rapidly changing processes occurring in the perimeter. Health care Moscow region
Quarterly, Mindzraw employs about 600 doctors and nurses in the organization of medical the region. This volume requires up-to-date analytics for current vacancies, refusals and their reasons and hiring in general. NOTE UNION has a customized categorization system, through which personnel department specialists can select target categories of employees and create reports for a specific request. In order to see the current state of hiring, the manager just needs to go to the job card.
Also, IT specialists of NOTE UNION added templates of offers, which helped the department significantly save resources on creating individual job offers for applicants. The recruiter needs to select the desired option, and the variable values will be automatically filled out from the vacancy card.
