2024: Implementation of VK HR Tek

Akron Engineering Research and Design Center LLC (part of the Akron Group) digitalizes personnel processes based on the VK HR Tek solution from VK Tech. Akron announced this on August 5, 2024.

Working on a digital platform allows employees of the company SPC Akron Engineering to draw up applications online, and managers to sign documents electronically, not manually. At the first stage, documents such as applications for, holiday certificates for employees, memos, encouragement orders and others were translated into electronic format.

As of August 2024, employees of the offices of the Akron Engineering SPC in Veliky Novgorod, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Berezniki are already connected to the VK HR Tek system.

The service of personnel electronic document management allows you to significantly speed up routine processes and, more importantly, reduce the risks associated with the safety of documents and the timing of their signing, said Andrey Kolosovsky, General Director of the Akron Engineering SPC.
