2020: PPF Company Manages Offices and Logistics Parks with 1C: Property and Lease Management of KORP

Tasks

The main tasks that were to be solved by automating the direction of real estate and lease management:

• Save employees from manual maintenance of lease agreements and settlements under them.
• Get and use payment information faster.
• Minimize errors caused by manual processing difficulties.

Automated processes

Processes were automated:

• Management of the general register of real estate of the holding (taking into account brands, product categories, planned and actual purpose of premises, and so on).
• Management of contracts (in various currencies and taking into account the peculiarities of relations with tenants: terms of settlements at rental rates, keeping composite deposits, indexations of both rental rates and deposits).
• Management of mutual settlements under leases.
• Integration with external basamibukhgalter accounting for all holding organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of accounting in each.
• Automatic generation of accounts and accruals for rent services and deposits.
• Preparation of management reports for lease management, revenue forecasting and analysis of the lessee's financial condition.

Results

As a result of the automation project in the company:

• The need to keep a register of real estate objects in manual mode is completely excluded.
• Minimized the risk of erroneous user actions without the ability to raise the change history and return to any stage back.
• All lease agreements were analyzed for conditions and entered into the system, lease calculations were automated: the system is fully adapted to all conditions of contracts registered on paper.
• Labor costs for the formation of accounts and accruals are significantly reduced as a result of the use of system functions for the mass formation of settlement documents.
