Rikitlab released an updated version of the ITSM product TIKITRIK. In addition to a large functionality update, the SaaS version of the solution has become available to customers. The company announced this on September 25, 2024.

This version of the TIKITRIK solution focuses on convenience, simplicity and flexibility of use. Recommended services based on contextual analytics have appeared in the menu. Users were able to clarify the priority of calls and tickets. Added automatic ticket transfers from suspended statuses to work or resolved statuses. The list of available reports has been greatly expanded.

An important update - all the functionality of TIKITRIK has become available in the cloud. The SaaS version of the product provides a fast start-up and also reduces cost of ownership by saving on infrastructure and personnel.
