Adding "Skill Matrix"

The Russian IT services and asset management platform TIKITRIK, developed by RIKITLAB, has added a module - "Skills Matrix." This tool expands the capabilities of the system and is implemented as an additional functionality for solving HR problems related to the assessment and development of personnel. Rikitlab announced this on June 4, 2025.

The TIKITRIK platform includes three key solutions: Service Desk (Employee Call Lifecycle Management), Asset Management, and IT Change Management. Launch Partner Program

TIKITRIK's IT Services and Asset Management Platform has become available through a partner program offering favorable conditions for the joint development of ITSM and ITAM. The vendor plans to create a partner network that will bring together about 20 leading integrators and distributors. The developer announced this on February 25, 2025.

TIKITRIK includes three key solutions: Service Desk, Asset Management, and IT Change Management. Depending on the needs of the business, solutions can be used individually or in combination. The platform is available in both on-premiere and SaaS-format.

RIKITLAB plans to attract to the program system integrators implementing comprehensive projects on digitalization and automation of process control for organizations of different industries (production, finance, fuel and energy complex, retail, e-commerce, transport, education, etc.).

The partner program offers special pricing and flexible licensing schemes, training and support, including materials, webinars and expert advice for the effective implementation and use of TIKITRIK. Partners will have access to demos and beta testing of new features, as well as the ability to make product development proposals.

SaaS Version View

Rikitlab released an updated version of the ITSM product TIKITRIK. In addition to a large functionality update, the SaaS version of the solution has become available to customers. The company announced this on September 25, 2024.

This version of the TIKITRIK solution focuses on convenience, simplicity and flexibility of use. Recommended services based on contextual analytics have appeared in the menu. Users were able to clarify the priority of calls and tickets. Added automatic ticket transfers from suspended statuses to work or resolved statuses. The list of available reports has been greatly expanded.

An important update - all the functionality of TIKITRIK has become available in the cloud. The SaaS version of the product provides a fast start-up and also reduces cost of ownership by saving on infrastructure and personnel. Maintenance and maintenance is provided on the vendor side in 24x7 format.
