INTALEV automates budgeting in INVENT-Tekhnostroy

The INTALEV group began the complex project on setting and automation of budget management and management accounting in INVENT-Tekhnostroy company - construction and service division of INVENT Group (Kazan).

By estimates of specialists of ITS LLC, need of carrying out the project is caused by several reasons. Dynamic development of the company, growth of number of the implemented projects, need of creation of multiple planning defined need of implementation of this project for ITS LLC for the purpose of reduction of terms of preparation of budgets and increase in their accuracy, operational providing their actual accomplishment. At the moment constantly increasing information volume, the long and manual procedure of collecting of the budget fact do not allow to perform quickly monitoring of the current situation, to monitor changes performed by plans.
