2025: Directum HR Pro Implementation
Bashneftegeophysics"" translated personnel processes into a figure using. Directum HR Pro This was Directum announced on November 20, 2025.
1.5 thousand employees are already working in this format.
As a result of the project:
- reduced time for employment, registration, holidays familiarization of employees with local regulations;
- reduced risk of loss of personnel documents during transfer between subdivisions;
- a simple interface for interaction between the employee and the employer has appeared;
- the cost of document management decreased.
The implementation of the CEDO took place in stages: first in two subsidiaries, then throughout the group of companies. From the start to the launch of pilot operation in the first units, 10 months passed. A feature of the project was the integration with two bases1S: RMP and adaptation of the system for an extended candidate questionnaire. To work with electronic documents, UKEP for managers and UNEP for employees were introduced.
Bashneftegeofizika has a head structure in Ufa, geographically distributed divisions in Western and Eastern Siberia, the Ural Federal District, as well as subsidiaries. Some of the personnel work in the field and in remote areas. Before the start of the project, the entire personnel document flow was in paper form. The original personnel documents were transferred through front offices or delivered by their own transportation. The search for documents in the archive took a long time, and interaction with remote employees was difficult. The old system took away resources, created the risk of losing important documents and led to financial costs.
By the end of 2025, the company plans to increase the coverage of the system to 4,000 employees and test work in the field. The plans also include introducing a long-term electronic archive based on Directum, gradually translating new processes and documents into numbers.
