In St. Petersburg IAC, on the basis of the ROBIN intelligent automation platform, developed and implemented software robots for the Committee on Economic Policy and Strategic Planning of St. Petersburg:

Robot for NMCC formation

The robot passes for each item/service from the purchase list. He searches for the desired position in the documents of the state order committee, if he does not find it, he collects commercial offers from the Internet (using the RTS Tender website). Then inserts the information into the specified table and calculates the NMCC for the entire purchase. During the search, the CP takes screenshots.

Purchasing Data Collection Robot

The user populates the template table, which specifies the filters for the search (name, OKPD2 code, dates). The robot reads data and searches the public procurement website, when it finds the required position, collects data on the procurement object and data on the contract and enters it into a separate Excel file.
