2000-2023

In 2000, Liubov Bausova began working in the education department of the Administration of the city of Vladimir. Then she worked in senior positions in state institutions of the health care system: deputy chief physician for economic issues of MBUZ "Children's City Polyclinic No. 2," deputy director for finance of GBUZ HE "Regional Clinical Hospital," chief accountant of GBUZ HE "City Polyclinic No. 1 of Vladimir."

In January 2023, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Health, who oversees the economic bloc.

2025: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Vladimir Region

Since January 2025, the Liubov Bausova began to fulfill the duties of the Minister of Health of the Vladimir Region. This was reported on the website of the department.

The same report notes that Bausova's total work experience exceeds 25 years, and she has been working in the state health care system for 19 years. The new head of the Vladimir Ministry of Health has established herself as an experienced manager with a deep understanding of economic issues, the press service of the ministry emphasized.

They also added that for the successes achieved in labor activity, Liubov Bausova was repeatedly awarded diplomas and thanks from health institutions and the Ministry of Health of the Vladimir Region.

The former Minister of Health of the Vladimir Region was Valery Yanin, who was arrested on charges of committing crimes under Part 3 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (assignment using official position on a large scale) and paragraph "e" of Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of office committed out of selfish interest).^[1]
