2025: Presentation of the Electronic Work Permits solution

Electronic work permits are a solution in the Directum RX ecosystem. EAE-Consult announced this on February 3, 2025. The software can help to automatically form and promptly agree on work permits for hazardous types of work, reduce downtime and human errors when filling out documents.

With the help of the END within the Directum RX system, it becomes possible to:

• route the process according to the configured regulations and speed up the approval of work permits by 6 times;
• minimize the risk of errors in the formation of documents - the system will automatically allocate incompatible data so that they can be promptly corrected;
• coordinate documents remotely using mobile applications Directum Solo and Directum Jazz;
• sign orders with an electronic signature (ES), ensuring their legal force and security;
• Create a unified work permit storage system to allow access to work permits both in and out of the office.

The introduction of electronic work permits is a realistic way to improve the efficiency of work in compliance with safety standards. When documents are always at hand, the risk of errors in them is minimized, and the approval process itself is transparent and understandable, it saves both time and money.
