2025: Transition to Yandex 360

Dinex Rus, one of the manufacturers of spare parts for the transport [industry], has completed a large-scale migration process to the Yandex 360 virtual office for business with solutions from Microsoft. The project was implemented through the operator of IT solutions "OBIT," which provided the technical transition, integration of additional functionality and protective equipment. OBIT announced this on April 30, 2025.

OBIT analyzed the needs of the company and proposed a solution based on Yandex 360, which included a mail service, cloud storage, a messenger and all the necessary tools for corporate work. A full-fledged transition was preceded by a long pilot project, during which the specialists of the OBIT product team deployed a test site, tested various business scenarios of the customer, and adapted the functionality of the services to meet the requirements.

One of the key tasks in the migration process was the integration of the Yandex 360 mail service with Outlook for some employees, since initially the Yandex mail web interface did not provide all the functionality necessary for them, but during the implementation of the project, the customer's needs were taken into account and a number of necessary functions were developed and put into operation, which greatly expanded the capabilities of users and improved the convenience of their work.

To ensure the most comfortable transition of Dinex Rus to Yandex 360 services, OBIT specialists have deployed separate test benches to configure the interaction of services for the needs of the customer, end-to-end scenarios and ensure the correct operation of the platform with documents, employee calendars and mail. After a successful demonstration of the pilot stand, the project entered the implementation stage. Some of the project management tasks within the company were closed using Yandex.Tracker. For April 2025, the joint work of OBIT specialists with Yandex 360 architects continues to improve the service - based on questions and proposals received from the customer.

In addition, an additional developer protection service was introduced Russian Multifactor and a link with Yandex 360 was configured. As a result, corporate access became: two-factor the first factor - based on authentication accounting; data the second factor is authentication through the Multifactor mobile application with push notification. This solution significantly increased the level of protection of corporate data and reduced the risk of unauthorized access.
