Inclusion in the register of Russian software

The border controller of IVA SBC sessions, developed by IVA Technologies, is included in the register of Russian software. IVA Technologies was informed about this on September 8, 2025.

The product received registration number 29218. The inclusion of the solution in the register confirms the high level of technological maturity of the product and its compliance with Russian requirements in the field of safety and reliability of digital communications.

The SBC IVA Session Edge Controller is designed to be installed at the edge of networks. It filters traffic that does not comply with the established rules. The solution allows corporate systems to exchange data over the Internet and internal networks, protects against DoS attacks and robocalls, supports the work of subscribers behind NAT, ensures protocol validation and hiding the network topology. The product also allows you to flexibly configure routing rules through the web interface, maintain call logs and control transmitted traffic. Supports SIP, H.323, RTP, HTTP Reverse Proxy protocols.

Among the advantages of IVA SBC are simple installation and configuration, integration with existing systems, scaling without replacing equipment and a high level of information security. IVA SBC is compatible with the IVA ecosystem, including products such as IVA MCU, IVA CS and IVA One, allowing for a single, secure communication environment.

The inclusion of IVA SBC in the register of Russian software is an important step for the company and confirmation of the high quality of our development. When creating a product, we used unique proprietary technologies that provide a high level of security and flexibility of integration into the corporate infrastructure. Today, corporate and government customers are particularly interested in reliable and independent communications security solutions, and IVA SBC fully meets these requirements. We will continue to develop the product, adding new features and making it even more convenient and effective for users, "said Viktor Petrov, Deputy General Director for Research and Development at IVA Technologies.

IVA SBC 9.0 with the ability to install the system on servers running Astra Linux 1.8

IVA Technologies on May 22, 2025 announced the release of the next version of the software border session controller - IVA SBC 9.0.

The product is designed to provide security, filtering and routing of traffic between the corporate network and external communication systems.

It maintains high resistance to threats and hides the internal topology of the infrastructure, providing a high level of protection for the corporate environment.

Many significant changes have been made in this version. The Live installation operating system in the basic delivery has been translated into Debian 12. In addition, it became possible to install the system on servers running OCAstra Linux 1.8, which expands application scenarios and simplifies implementation in secure IT loops.

Significantly expanded capabilities integration with external systems. It is now supported to send event logs and system logs to SIEM syslog systems. Supported logs include auditing, data VVoIP calls, HTTP Reverse Proxy, and other subsystems. It is also possible to select the protocols used - TLSenciphering directly from the administration interface for protocols such as SIP H.323, TURN, HTTPS and FLV.

HTTP Reverse Proxy provides load sharing across multiple back-end servers, which improves fault tolerance and architecture flexibility. The administrator interface has a new section "System Warnings," which displays changes to critical files - this solution allows you to strengthen control over system security.

The audit system has added events authorizations by, SSH which gives administrators a more complete picture of the activity in the system. The settings section has been significantly expanded: now from the web interface you can control the protection parameters against DDoS attacks by setting limits on the number of SIP and H.323 registrations and calls from one IP address over a certain period of time.

The administrator interface has also undergone changes: the color palette has been updated and ergonomics have been improved, which makes working with the system even more convenient.

The release of IVA SBC 9.0 is an important step in the development of information security technologies and traffic management of the corporate infrastructure. The new version provides advanced integration capabilities, high levels of reliability and resiliency, and more flexible tools for comprehensive protection of corporate communications.
