2025: Transition to domestic software
As part of the project Galex , he transferred 120 jobs operating system Windows from to, Astra Linux implemented and, replaced the P7 Office Tegu Mail Server catalog service with. Active Directory ALD Pro Galex announced this on June 23, 2025.
As part of the state import substitution strategy, the Ministry of Finance of the Altai Territory, together with the Altai Center for Financial Research, is carrying out a planned transition to Russian software solutions. The use of domestic software ensures technological independence and a high level of information security necessary for the work of state authorities.
An important task of the project was to carry out technological work as smoothly as possible, without disrupting the customer's activities, so that employees of the Ministry of Finance and KAU could work as usual and use the necessary services and information resources.
The implementation of the project took 2 months. The work was carried out in two stages: the introduction of a domestic ALD Pro computer fleet management system and further phased migration of workplaces.
At the first stage, the ALD Pro solution from Astra Group is deployed, which allows you to manage the organization's computer fleet using group policies through an intuitive interface. Previously, the customer used Microsoft's Active Directory solution. During the migration period in ALD Pro, it is possible to synchronize with Active Directory, which made it possible not to lose access to data during the project.
To organize the work of mail services, the Russian solution Tegu Enterprise was chosen - server ON for managing corporate mail, address books and calendars. As a certified developer partner, Galex provided customization and solution administration training to customer employees.
The second stage is deployed Russian software at 120 workplaces: Astra Linux operating system and professional office suite R7 office, including editors of documents, tables and presentations, organizer and tools for viewing photos and videos. Galex specialists tested software solutions in the customer's infrastructure, checked their compatibility with the information systems used, and then carried out a phased migration of workplaces.
