The Ministry of Finance of the Altai Territory is the executive authority of the Altai Territory, authorized in the field of finance, which compiles and organizes the execution of the budget of the Altai Territory, functions for the implementation of state policy in the budgetary, tax and credit spheres, ensuring the balance of the budget of the Altai Territory and compliance with the requirements for regulating budgetary legal relations established by federal laws and regulations of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, implementation of the budget process, the size of the budget deficit, the size and composition of the state debt of the Altai Territory, the execution of budget and debt obligations of the Altai Territory (Regulation on the Ministry of Finance of the Altai Territory, approved by Decree of the Governor of the Altai Territory dated October 31, 2016 No. 127).
History
2016: Transformation into the Ministry of Finance of the Altai Territory
Based on the resolution of the Altai Territory Administration of August 26, 2016 No. 297 "On Executive Authorities of the Altai Territory," the Altai Territory Administration Committee on Finance, Tax and Credit Policy is considered the Ministry of Finance of the Altai Territory[1].
2013: Activities of the Altai Territory Administration Committee on Finance, Tax and Credit Policy
The Altai Territory Administration Committee on Finance, Tax and Credit Policy was the executive body of state power of the Altai Territory, carrying out the functions of implementing state policy in the budgetary, tax and credit spheres, ensuring the balance of the budget of the Altai Territory and compliance with the requirements for regulating budgetary legal relations established by federal laws and regulations of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, the implementation of the budget process, the size of the budget deficit, the size and composition of the state debt of the Altai Territory, execution of budget and debt obligations of the Altai Territory, according to internal state financial control, control over compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts on the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet the state and municipal needs of the Altai Territory.[2].
