2024: Personal account of FORMA partner

IT-company KTS developed for developer FORMA a new personal account that has expanded cooperation with agencies and brokers. To simplify and optimize the work of agents, a custom solution was developed in 2.5 months, fully adapted to the internal processes of the customer.

To speed up and automate business processes, the personal account was integrated with the developer's CRM. Applications are automatically checked for uniqueness in CRM, if successful, the client is fixed to the agent for a specified period.

A booking tool has been developed, integrated with a personal account and a storefront of lots, where you can see the characteristics and prices of apartments. The possibility of generation payment QR codes for online payment of bookings has been implemented.

The development of an external API made it possible to integrate the personal account of FORMA with the CRM of agencies. Brokers do not need to go to the developer's website to find out the status of the application or transaction. All updates are automatically sent to the agency's CRM - and all transaction data from CRM is also automatically pulled up in the LC.

Many functions useful for the developer and agencies were added to the personal account, among them: the function of dividing access for managers and agency employees; a subsidized mortgage calculator for the customer; possibility of obtaining part of the commission fee by brokers immediately after booking the lot by the client. Links to ready-made services were also added: an entry to a broker tour, meetings with clients, regulations for fixing buyers and training modules for advanced training in the field of sales and marketing.

The office has a mobile application in PWA format, which made it possible to avoid sanctions risks when placed in foreign stores, as well as significantly reduce the cost of development.

The development of a personal account allowed FORMA to process more than 4,000 applications per month.
