Description
In 2022, the enterprise became the task of phased comprehensive automation using modern software products. The company plans to automate a large number of organization functions, including accounting and tax accounting, salary and personnel management, budgeting.
To achieve the goals, the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 program was acquired. The first stage was decided to automate the tasks of managing financial operations, trade, warehouse. "1C-Rarus" is selected as the IT partner for adaptation of the software solution according to the Customer's requirements.
The following works were performed with the help of 1C-Rarus specialists:
- Demonstration of the capabilities of the software product;
- Delivery and installation of the software product, including setting up access to the work base at automated user workstations;
- Initial training and support of users when starting the program;
- Training of users to work in the accounting system;
- Familiarize yourself with product support options.
As a result of the completed works, the following units are automated:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Budgeting;
- Personnel accounting;
- Production unit;
- Trading and warehouse.
At the moment, the program is successfully used in 100 workplaces.
Since 01.09.2023, users have independently entered the data of primary documents into the system, the company's management has received a tool for operational reporting. The use of the industry solution "1C Enterprise ERP Management 2" allows you to achieve the goals of comprehensive enterprise automation. The first stage of automation has been completed.
