On March 27, 2015, 1S-KPD announced the release of the English Pack for 1C: Document Flow CORP.
The language extension allows you to work in 1C: Document Flow system in English. "English Pack for 1C: KORP Document Management" complements the system interface with an English-language analogue.

2011: "1C" 3 times increases the cost of its EDMS

Initially, the new price for a solution for document management in medium and large companies was planned to be set back in March at the level of 120 thousand rubles. However, then these deadlines were postponed to June, and the new cost of the product was reduced to 98 thousand rubles.
Until June 8, both versions of the solution - "1C: Document flow 8 CORP" and "1C: Document flow 8 PROF" - can still be purchased at the old price of 30 thousand rubles. At the same time, as noted in "1C," the price of the version for SMB companies ("PROF") after the announced date will not change.
In the fall of 2011, within the framework of the partner seminar, 1C also plans to discuss a reduction in the configuration of the PROF Document Flow beyond the PROF version of functionality, such as: setting accounting rules in the context of the nomenclature of cases, accounting for the transfer of cases to the archive, destruction of cases, accounting for business issues, composite business processes for processing incoming and outgoing documents.
It is planned that these capabilities will be supported only in the KORP Document Management configuration starting from the next version, which will be released approximately in October 2011. The final decision will be made following a discussion with franchisee partners.

Working with documents

During the registration process, end-to-end registration numbers are automatically generated according to complex rules. In addition, a barcode is automatically assigned to each document in the system. The formed barcode can be printed on a separate sheet or on top of the cover sheet of a paper document, printed on a sticker, or inserted into an electronic document as an image. Barcodes are used later to quickly search for document accounting cards and during streaming scans to automatically attach files to documents.

When registering a document in the system, you can initiate several processes, for example, start the document review procedure with subsequent inspection, as well as notify the executors. It is possible to automatically extend the contract validity period according to the rules specified in the contract.
Financial obligations under the contract are recorded and monitored. Multi-currency accounting of contract amounts is provided. The system allows you to monitor the availability of supporting documents under the contract, for example, invoices, as well as the return of copies of documents under the contract submitted for approval to a third-party organization.
You can analyze the work with contracts using the reports "List of concluded contracts," "Contracts with expiring validity," "Accompanying documents under the contract," "Dynamics of the number of concluded contracts," "Dynamics of the amount of concluded contracts" and "Terminated contracts."
Business Processes and User Experience
