2025: IAR-Dequs Station Presentation

Videomatrix and IAR-Group have jointly developed and implemented a manufacturing inspection station, which is a real-time product quality control system using vision technology and automated sensors. I-Teco (Ai-Teko, iTeco) announced this on October 17, 2025.

The peculiarity of the station is that it is able to adapt to any type of product and production lines. The system provides automatic quality control of finished products.

The software part of the Vmx Dequs station was developed by Videomatrix, and the mechanics of the device were developed by IAR-Group engineers, which makes the solution completely independent of imported analogues and flexible to the requirements of a specific production. Such cooperation is an example of successful synergy of companies belonging to I-Teco Group, which combine their competencies and experience to jointly develop and create innovative competitive products.

IAR-Dequs is an inspection module with a size of 1 sq. m, installed in a production line of any format. Each product passes through the station, where vision cameras and sensors check the filling, marking, dates and expiration dates, position and presence of labels, and package integrity. If the system detects a nonconformance, the product is automatically rejected. Everything happens without slowing down the line and up to a fraction of a millimeter.
