The ROBIN ba sed on the ROBIN intelligent automation platform allowed you to transfer routine operations to digital assistants and free up resources for strategic business development.

Before the introduction of software robots, the team of the Construction Materials-Missile Defense online store had to carry out numerous labor-intensive processes every day: update prices and monitor the register of product balances in warehouses, form supply orders, upload reports, reconcile financial data and conduct moderation control. Manual processing of data led to regular delays, errors and an increase in operating costs.

ROBIN digital assistants have been implemented for e-commerce employees, logistics and warehouse specialists, accounting and finance. Every day, robots perform up to 3,000 product update operations, automatically synchronize prices and balances between company systems and marketplaces, generate deliveries, generate reports and conduct financial reconciliations. All key notifications are promptly received by the Telegram chat of employees.

The project showed results in the first month - the volume of tasks, comparable to two full working rates, was transferred to ROBIN digital assistants, and the time for routine operations was reduced from 6 hours a day to less than one. The company saves about 100-140 hours a month, and the financial effect is estimated at 250 thousand rubles a month.

Together with Technostancy, we quickly launched ROBIN robots and put key processes into automatic mode.
