2025: Integration with amoCRM

The company SL Soft FabricaONE.AI (shareholder - GC) Softline has developed a connector to CRM the -system for amoCRM quick integration of SL AI agents Soft AI. Softline announced this on November 28, 2025.

The connector combines the capabilities of CRM and AI agents to manage client interaction. The solution automates routine processes: calling customers and updating information in amoCRM in real time. This helps to reduce the burden on managers, speed up the sales cycle and improve the quality of service.

AI agents of SL Soft AI can now automatically contact the customer when a certain event occurs in amoCRM, for example, call the buyer after changing the status of the transaction in the system. Next, the AI agent enters the current information about the buyer in CRM: clarifies the data on needs, qualifies the lead, fills out the client's card, transfers the transaction to a new stage, etc.
