At the end of 2024, Communications and Communications showed revenue of 1.3 billion rubles: this is 26.3% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 1.03 billion rubles. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services on an annualized basis increased by 29.9% - from 975.28 million rubles to 1.27 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 29.7%, reaching 536.73 million rubles. In 2024, the company recorded a net profit of 47.44 million rubles, which is 87.3% less than in the previous year, when the figure was 373.86 million rubles. Net assets as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 65.26 million rubles.

History

2025: ER-Telecom Holding bought Communications and Communications

In early December 2025, it became known that the Russian telecom operator ER-Telecom Holding, which provides services under the Дом.ру brand, bought 100% of Communications and Communications. Information on the value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Communications and Communications LLC, as stated on the organization's website, is engaged in the design, construction and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure, covering the objects of the road complex with communication channels. In particular, the company is implementing a project in Moscow to ensure the continuous operation of traffic controls. Traffic lights, television cameras and information boards will be combined into a single citywide system with centralized control.

ER-Telecom Holding entered the capital of Communications and Communications in 2019, having bought a 30% stake. After that, the operator gradually increased its share. As part of the new transaction, ER-Telecom Holding acquired the remaining 15% in the structure of Communications and Communications LLC from Spetsdorproekt LLC, thereby increasing its participation to 100%.^[1]
