2025: Implementation of BPMSoft

The company, a Plonq manufacturer and distributor of electronic nicotine and chewing tobacco delivery systems, has implemented CRM on low-code a platform basis. BPMSoft This was BMCoft announced on January 28, 2026. The solution made it possible to create a unified system for managing field sales, increase transparency of interaction with retail points and speed up order processing. The project was implemented by the Orange Process system integrator ‒ a certified BPMSoft partner.

Plonq operates in the FMCG segment and builds an implementation through a network of distributors, sub-distributors and its own sales representative team. The company used 1C as a data accounting system, but the actual activities of employees in sales places remained outside the unified digital circuit.

The main task was to combine planning visits, working in retail outlets and processing orders in one system with access to data from 1C. After studying the market, a low-code platform with built-in AI tools BPMSoft was chosen thanks to flexible customization, a mobile application and integration capabilities.

As part of the project, CRM has set up the processes for recording visits using geolocation (Check-In and Check-Out), as well as the tools for planning and monitoring sales representatives. Now at each Plonq point, employees work on Perfect Store checklists, fixing the assortment, photo reports and comments in right on the system. The platform allows field team leaders to monitor route compliance and key performance indicators.

CRM is integrated with 1C and provides two-way data exchange for counterparties, products, balances, prices, contracts and bonus programs. This made it possible to transfer the execution of orders and commercial offers to the mobile application: sales representatives form applications during the visit, after which the data is automatically transferred to the accounting system. In parallel, the company began introducing automatic route planning based on the Yandex.Routing service, which optimizes routes taking into account the duration of visits and logistics restrictions.

According to Anton Gritskov, Director of Information Technology at Plonq, the company views the project as the basis for digitalization of sales. {{quote 'Thanks to the implemented system, the transparency of the field team has increased, and we have begun to standardize processes. In the future, we plan to connect telesales, launch a B2B portal for clients and automate work with client requests based on BPMSoft, ‒ he said. }}

For the FMCG segment, it is critical to have not just an accounting system, but a live process control tool "in the fields." In the project with Plonq, our task was to withdraw sales representatives from the "gray zone" 1C and introduce them into a single digital circuit. Thanks to the flexibility of the low-code platform BPMSoft, we managed to create a solution that does not limit employees, but helps them: from automatic recording of geolocation visits to working according to Perfect Store standards right in the mobile application. Integration with the accounting system made it possible to reduce the distance between the order at the outlet and its processing, which directly affects the speed and efficiency of sales, - said Oleg Kulak, managing partner of Orange Process.

Each company builds its own unique processes, and there are practically no universal solutions. However, BPMSoft allows you to adapt the platform to real business tasks, combining control, analytics and integration with existing services. This approach helps to make decisions based on current data and lays the foundation for future development, "said Vadim Sorokin, Commercial Director of BPMSoft.
