The private equity fund of Prometheus Capital Partners of the entrepreneur Levan Vasadze in November, 2016 became the owner of 95% of the Russian[1]. The ex-CEO and the founder of AT Consulting Sergey Shilov remained the partner of the company and saved a 5% share in the company. It expressed confidence that cooperation with Prometheus Capital Partners fund will give additional acceleration for the further growth of AT Consulting.

1C purchased control in amoCRM

In October, 2016 the head of amoCRM Mikhail Tokovinin reported that 1C redeemed 51% of shares of his[2]. This direction is interesting to 1C since the CRM system becomes one of the main instruments of fight for competitiveness for business. The company is going to develop it both on the 1C: Enterprise platform, and together with creators of other programs and services, such as amoCRM. In turn, amoCRM after consolidation with 1C intends to strengthen the positions in domestic market and to find an opportunity for development in the West.

In November, 2016 the CEO of IVK Grigory Sizonenko told that the company invested 100 million rubles in developer company of software of BaseALT to which in full strength led by Alexey Novodvorsky the command of Alt Linux removed. Funds are going to be allocated for development of the operating system (OS) of industrial level which could replace Microsoft in the Russian public sector and corporations.

In April, 2016 the "National center of informatization" which is a part of Rostec announced acquisition of 100% of stocks of BARS Group at the owner and the CEO of the company Timur Akhmerov. Transaction amount, according to sources, is from 1.6 billion to 1.8 billion rubles[3]. Based on the combined team the expert center on work with state agencies and state corporations should be created and conditions for industrial development of perspective import-independent software are created.

Jan Abramov became the co-owner of Galaktika

In November, 2016 it became known that the businessman Jan Abramov became a shareholder of developer company of ERP "Galaktika" and became the chairman of the supervisory board of the company. Two sources of the Kommersant newspaper in the market claimed that Jan Abramov could purchase a packet at the rate from 25% up to 50% of the company[4]. The new shareholder is concentrated on business development of the company and planned for it rebranding and considerable financial injections. According to him, the actor Steven Seagal who obtained the Russian citizenship was also interested in acquisition of a share in Galaktika company.

Sberbank purchased a share in Gridgain

In February, 2016 Sberbank and funds Almaz Capital, MoneyTime Ventures and RTP Ventures (one of funds Leonid Boguslavsky) announced that they invested in GridGain. The company specializes in software development for work with large volumes of RAM in real time (technology In-Memory Computing, IMC). The volume of a round was $15 million. Means from investors will go to sales increase, expansion of marketing, research and development and to further international expansion: by that moment the company expanded presence to Europe.

She, in particular, developed the system of recognition of road signs which UAZ is going to install on Patriot SUVs. Intel calculates that this acquisition will promote strengthening of positions of corporation in segments of the market of IoT connected with automotive industry and video.

1C purchased control in Quick Resto

In August, 2016 1C was a part of owners of Quick Resto group, having redeemed a controlling stake. The company intends to participate in development of Quick Resto together with its founders and co-owners: the president of Borlas consulting group Alexey Ananyin, Anton Shmakov and Alexander Strokan who will continue to perform operational management of the project.

In 2016 the shareholding structure of New cloud technologies was replenished with two persons. So, in May, 2016 10% of the company were purchased by the St. Petersburg investor Alexander Davidan. The major shareholder of the company Andrey Cheglakov acted as the seller. Transaction amount in New cloud technologies is not disclosed, but say that funds were allocated in development of the company.

One more new co-owner - Alexey Dobrokhotov - appeared in August. He received a share in 1.5% from the core shareholder of the company Andrey Cheglakova. Transaction parts, as well as in the previous case, do not reveal.

USM Holdings invested in OFD.ru

In October, 2016 it became known that USM Holdings, the founder and one of owners of which is Alisher Usmanov, will invest 500 million rubles in development of the fiscal data operator of OFD.ru[5]. The startup will earn from data transmission in the tax inspections from online cash desks which installation is obligatory since February, 2017. Investments are aimed at the development of technical capacities, data security provision, improvement and support of the product OFD.ru, its promotion and development of distribution channels.

Rostelecom invested in Raidix

It purchased 30% of the system provider of data storage of Raidix for 100 million rubles, having estimated all company at 333 million rubles. This money will go for expansion of sales Raidix.

The raised funds will be aimed at the development of a product line, creation of new demanded technologies and promotion of the Russian network solutions in the internal and external markets.

Dmitry Taraba gave the money necessary for development "Postgres Professional".

In June, 2016 Dmitry Taraba also became the owner of 35.7% of Edvansment group company through which Anton Sushkevich owns a share in РДП.ру, the Russian developer of telecommunication equipment.
