In Tatarstan, at the end of December 2024, traffic was launched on a new paid highway Alekseevskoye - Almetyevsk with a length of 145 kilometers, built with the involvement of private investment.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin noted that the highway was built with the involvement of extrabudgetary sources and connects three federal highways - the Ural M5, the Volga M-7 and the Vostok M-12.

42 artificial engineering structures were erected on the highway, including bridges and overpasses. The road passes through five municipal districts of the republic and is equipped with the Free Stream system for barrier-free travel.

The head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that the implementation of the project became possible thanks to the federal support and participation of the investor who invested his own funds.

The road is equipped with a modern intelligent transport system for traffic control, which ensures the safety and efficiency of transportation. The introduced technologies allow you to control traffic flows and quickly respond to changes in the road situation.

The republic has already reached 85% of roads in the regulatory state in agglomerations.[1]
