Series of printers and SP 220 MFP

The line of SP 220 consists of three devices. It is the SP 220Nw printer, the SP 220SNw and MFP MFP with the built-in SP 220SFNw fax.

All devices are executed in uniform style, have strict laconic design, at the same time they are rather compact: dimensions (WXHXD) make 402x293x360 mm for the MFP and 402x165x360 mm for the printer.

Devices will perfectly fit into any office, and thanks to support of Wi-fi they can be placed in any point where there is an access to a corporate wireless network.

Also it should be noted a possibility of standard wire network connection (Ethernet) and support of technologies of mobile printing Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print (only for the MFP) and Mopria. The last will be especially useful to employees who store documents on mobile devices. They will be able to print easily necessary files directly from the gadget, thereby having released time for more important tasks. One more plus - the built-in module NFC. It allows to be connected by one contact to the printer or the MFP literally.

The application of Ricoh Smart Device Print&Scan will in addition facilitate life to users. It is available to iOS and Android. With its help it is possible to print, receive scanned copies directly on the gadget and many other things. In addition, the application has expanded security settings that is very relevant for office users.

The print speed of models of the 220th series makes up to 23 pages per minute - a good indicator, at the level of the majority of modern printers in this price category.

The starting cartridge which is delivered to allow to print together with the device about 700 pages in A4 format a standard cartridge is expected 1000 pages, it is also possible to purchase the expanded version capable without additional gas stations to provide printing about 2600 sheets A4.

MFPs of the SP 220 series are supplied with a panel with the monochrome LCD screen to which are brought the control button and the most demanded functions. Management is intuitive and should not cause difficulties in most of users. For speed copy and scanning of a large number of documents the MFP have an automatic feeder.

The copier in the MFP uses laser electrographic printing and is capable to create to 99 copies of the document with the resolution up to 600 x 600 dpi. Scaling of the image from 25% to 400% with a step to 1% is supported. The scanner works in permission of 600 dpi and can scan both monochrome, and color images.

Three devices - the SP 325DNw printer,  MFP 3  in  1  -   SP 325SNw and MFP 4 in 1 (with the fax) - SP 325SFNw also standardly enter SP 325 line.

In comparison with the 220th series of model of this line more massivna, however all of them are executed approximately in one design and have an identical black-and-white coloring. The printer weighing 13 kg has dimensions (WXHXD) of 376x262x392 mm. The MFP weighs already 17 kg, having at the same time and the big sizes - 405x405x392 mm.

Positioning of the 325th series in general same, as well as at a younger line is a small office, the small working group or the company. Nevertheless, opportunities are wider here.

And if the communication functions including concerning mobile printing in general repeat like those at the line of devices described above and on convenience of connection they should be at one level, then performance at the senior line is much more.

So, devices of the SP 325 series can brag of printing up to 28 pages per minute, at the same time time of an exit of the first print is about 8 seconds. The maximum monthly load on printers can make up to 35,000 prints, and share should last for 5 years of service or on 350,000 pages. Besides, these models support duplex printing that is important in some situations.

Complete with the device there is a starting cartridge expected approximately 1000 prints. It is also possible to find a standard cartridge which should be enough for printing of 3500 pages in sale, and expanded – for 6400 prints. Permission of printing can make from 600 x 600 to 1200 x 1200 DPI.

SP 325SNw and SP 325SFNw MFPs can scan in the color mode with a speed up to 4.5 originals a minute and up to 13 originals a minute in the b/w mode. Besides, scanning of documents with automatic sending for e-mail, in the selected folder, on FTP and on the mobile device with installed application of Ricoh is supported. In addition, the reverse automatic feeder for high-speed scanning of a large number of pages is installed in these MFPs.

Modifications of SP 277 and SP 377

In addition in the SP series modifications 277 and 377 are available. Their main difference are starting cartridges of the increased capacity which are included in the starting delivery. In SP 277 it is a cartridge on 2600 prints, and in SP 377 – on 6400 prints. Purchase of these models will allow their owners to reduce the cost of a print and to save on supplies up to 35% for all service life of the device.
