Distribution of the EDMS/ECM projects by the countries

Among 5.7 thousand EDMS/ ECM- projects, information on which as of December, 2019 is in TAdviser base, nearly 91% are executed Russia for century of Software of 2% it is the share of Belarus and Kazakhstan, 1.7% belong to Ukraine. In a year in this distribution the share of Russia was reduced by 0.5 items, the share of Kazakhstan on the contrary grew by 0.3 items.

The situation among federal districts in 2019 did not change. As before the bulk of projects is executed in the CFD. In a year the TAdviser base was replenished approximately on 300 projects executed in this district.

In 2019 in Top-10 of the Russian cities on the number of projects EDMS/ECM entered Irkutsk. Information about 63 projects in this city is known to TAdviser. Five leading the cities does not change for the last several years. Traditionally it Moscow St. Petersburg Yekaterinburg, Samara and Kazan.

As of December, 2018 the TAdviser base contains information about more than 5.1 thousand EDMS/ ECM- projects. 91.4% from them are the share on Russia, 2.1% - on Belarus, 1.7% - of Ukraine, 1.7% - on Kazakhstan and about 3.1% - of other countries of the world.

For the majority of the Russian projects in TAdviser base the federal district in which they were executed is specified. The most part of projects are the share of Central Federal District (1793 projects). Also the Volga and Siberian federal districts – 769 and 558 projects respectively are in the top three.

Among the cities in which implementations EDMS/ ECM- systems were executed the leader is Moscow. 1441 projects are the share of the capital. Follow St. Petersburg – 325 implementations, and Yekaterinburg - 137.

In Top-10 of the Russian cities Samara, Kazan, Izhevsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Tyumen and Novosibirsk also entered.

As of November, 2017 the TAdviser base contains information about more than 4.4 thousand EDMS/ ECM- projects. 92% from them are the share on Russia, 2.1% - on Belarus, 1.8% - of Ukraine, 1.7% - on Kazakhstan and about 2.4% - of other countries of the world.

The main part of projects are the share of Central Federal District (1463 projects). Also the Volga and Siberian federal districts – 691 and 516 projects respectively are in the top three.

Among the cities in which implementations EDMS/ ECM- systems were executed the leader is Moscow. 1166 projects are the share of the capital. Follow St. Petersburg – 277 implementations, and Yekaterinburg - 119.

As of November, 2016 the TAdviser base contains data almost about 4 thousand implementations of systems EDMS/ECM. The main part of projects are the share on Russia (more than 91.5%), 2.4% - on Belarus, 2.1% - of Ukraine, about 1.8% - on Kazakhstan and about 2.2% - of other countries of the world.

For the bulk of the Russian projects in TAdviser base the federal district in which implementation was executed is specified. Бóльшая their part was executed in Central Federal District (1258 projects). In addition to it top three on number of implementations included the Volga and Siberian federal districts – 630 and 473 projects respectively.

As of October, 2015 the TAdviser base contained information about more than 3.2 thousand implementations of systems EDMS/ECM. The vast majority of projects are the share on Russia (more than 92%), approximately on 2% - of Ukraine and Belarus, a little more than 1.5% - on Kazakhstan and about 2% - of other countries of the world.

Practically for all projects in TAdviser base the federal district in which implementation was executed is specified. According to the statistics, the main part of all installations of solutions EDMS/ECM was executed in Central Federal District (1005 projects, 35.16%). In addition to the CFD top three, on number of implementations included the Volga and Siberian federal districts – 16.52% and 14.28% respectively.

2014

Own base of projects of the TAdviser Center allows to see statistics of implementations of an EDMS/ECM systems in a regional section. Geo-data are specified in base not for all, but for the majority of such projects. For example, all for September, 2014 the base contained information on 3172 implementations of the ECM systems, from them more than 90% were the share of the projects implemented in Russia. Other 10% - on the countries of the neighbor (Ukraine - 69, Belarus - 55, Kazakhstan - 42) and foreign countries. In total the country parameter was specified for 2561 projects.

Among almost 2000 projects for which in base the location of the customer on the federal district is specified of 23.1% 20% - in Siberian Federal District were the share of implementations of an EDMS/ECM in Central Federal District (i.e. in two districts nearly a half from all implementations together is implemented). On the third place on number of ECM installations there was the Northwestern Federal District (15.9%) and with a small gap from it the Volga Federal District (15.7%) which occupied together a third more of total number. Then with some lag the Ural Federal District (11.5%) and already with a considerable separation the Far Eastern Federal District (6.5%), Southern Federal District (6.1%), the North Caucasian Federal District (1.2%) follows. In the Crimean FO in base only 1 project is registered because observation of activity in this region is only begun.

Among 2069 projects for which the city of the customer is specified 608 projects are implemented in Moscow, 188 - in St. Petersburg, 78 - in Yekaterinburg, in Samara and Novosibirsk 63 and 54 implementations respectively. In total nearly 48% of an EDMS/ECM projects were the share of the first five of the cities.

A number of the vendors of an EDMS/ECM systems which are present at Russia work as well at the markets of the CIS countries. For example, as Gleb Lukin told TAdviser, the CEO of Letograf company, the specifics has the market of Kazakhstan where more than 10 years exists and ESEDO (a single system of electronic document management of state agencies) with which a system LETOGRAF is integrated works. In Ukraine there is no similar system yet.

"At the same time in Russia the MEDO system (interdepartmental electronic document management) takes the first steps. LETOGRAF it is integrated both with MEDO, and within projects on implementation of EDMS in the Russian state agencies we already executed connection to this system", - the expert noted.
