The Minister of Industry of Belarus Alexander Efimov spoke about the plans for the implementation of seven investment projects within the framework of the state program for the development of microelectronics. The program was extended to 2040 with the addition of five more new projects.
Belarus has become one of the states with advanced technologies in the field of semiconductor production. The country has developed solutions in the field of photographic patterns, photolithographic equipment for integral and crystalline production. These technologies allow Belarusian enterprises to occupy a niche in the high-tech sector and ensure competitiveness in the world market.
The program provides for the creation of microcircuits with design standards up to 180 nanometers and the development of appropriate equipment. In 2024, the products of the Belarusian microelectronic industry are delivered to 14 export markets.
Andrey Buinevich, General Director of Integral Software, announced the new program of the Union State "New Power Electronics," developed jointly with the state corporation Rosatom. The program under consideration by the Russian side is aimed at developing power and microwave electronics for communications, telecommunications and power systems.
