2021: Approval of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft
On June 11, 2021, the annual meeting of Gazprom Neft shareholders was held, at which the updated composition of the board of directors was approved. The new members were the deputy general director of Gazprom Neft for legal and corporate affairs Elena Ilyukhina and the deputy chairman of the board - the head of the Gazprom department Oleg Aksyutin. They replaced the general director of the Zenit football club Alexander Medvedev and the first deputy general director of Gazprom Export Mikhail Sereda.
The remaining 11 members of the board of directors were re-elected at the annual meeting of shareholders from the current composition. The entire board of directors of Gazprom Neft approved in June 2021 is as follows:
- Alexey Miller - Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Gazprom;
- Vladimir Alisov - First Deputy Head of the PJSC Gazprom Department;
- Alexander Dyukov - General Director, Chairman of the Board of PJSC Gazprom Neft;
- Sergey Kuznets - member of the board, head of the department of PJSC Gazprom;
- Vitaly Markelov - Deputy Chairman of the Board, member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Gazprom;
- Sergey Menshikov - member of the board, head of the department of PJSC Gazprom;
- Elena Mikhailova - member of the board, head of the department of PJSC Gazprom;
- Famil Sadygov - Deputy Chairman of the Board of PJSC Gazprom;
- Kirill Seleznev - General Director, Member of the Board of Directors of RusChimAlliance LLC;
- Valery Serdyukov, does not hold positions in the governing bodies of other organizations;
- Gennady Sukhov - member of the board, head of the department of PJSC Gazprom.

By mid-June 2021, the main shareholder of the company is Gazprom, it owns a 95.68% stake. The rest of the package (4.32%) is distributed among minority shareholders - individuals and legal entities.[1]
