According to the Kommersant newspaper, referring to information received from the lawyer of the Yakhatin company Anton Smirnov, the case file refers to a large contract. In particular, Datafinn worked to create an individual credit risk assessment and response assessment system in the credit history bureau. The agreement with Ak Bars Bank also provided for the development of forecasting algorithms for POS loans (loans that can be issued in retail outlets), the creation of codes for determining credit offers and card limits, a telemarketing module with computer telephony integration.

What exactly the dispute is connected with is not specified. It is known that the lawsuit was filed in September 2023, when Datafinn demanded to recover debt from the bank in the amount of 85 million rubles and state duty costs. At the same time, Ak Bars Bank claimed falsification of evidence by the plaintiff and petitioned for a forensic examination. The experts involved answered questions regarding the readiness to test the program and algorithms for predicting POS loans, the telemarketing implementation module, strategies for car loans, etc. Due to the long consideration of the case, the plaintiff increased the amount of claims to 100.1 million rubles.

As a result, the court sided with Datafinn, deciding to recover from Ak Bars Bank 63 million rubles of debt, 21.5 million rubles of interest, 422.4 thousand rubles for conducting examinations and almost 169 thousand rubles of state duty costs. Thus, the requirements of the software developer are partially satisfied.[1]

2020: Joining the Digital Profile project

On May 20, 2020, Ak Bars Bank announced its accession to the Digital Profile project. Now to customers when applying for a consumer loan on the bank's website, you do not need to manually fill in the data in the questionnaire. A digital profile (or ESIA 2.0) is an extended version of a personal citizen's office on the State Public services Portal, where information about citizens from various databases (FTS, Rosreestr, Ministry of Internal Affairs, PFR, etc.).
