According to research conducted by Gemius in November 2008, the number of Ukrainian Internet users for the first time reached 7 million people.

The progressive growth of the audience was reflected in the socio-demographic profile of Ouanet. Although the share of users by sex, age and other parameters did not actually change during the fall, all groups increased in absolute numbers.

User activity has increased significantly. This is especially noticeable in the group of women 16-24 years old. Although their share on the Web remained almost unchanged throughout the fall (18.5%), the share of page views increased from 14 to 15.3%, the average number of views - from 63 to 84, and the time on the Web - from 1 hours 35 minutes to 2 hours 8 minutes.
